Our company has established efficient partnerships with international and US-based oil, gas, service, and engineering companies, with operational experience in key regions such as Houston, Rotterdam, and others.

Our primary objective is to expand, maintain, and adapt our global network of terminals to facilitate seamless global product flows. Leveraging our expertise and market knowledge, we identify strategic locations for our terminals to create long-term value. In response to the evolving energy and petrochemical landscape, as well as the economic shift from West to East, our partner Vopak focuses on four terminal categories: major hubs, gas terminals, terminals serving markets with structural deficits, and industrial and chemical terminals in the Americas, Middle East, and Asia. These categories enable us to prioritize the most promising opportunities for network growth, expansion, and improvement of existing locations, while also identifying assets for divestment to optimize the risk-return profile of our global terminal portfolio. We refer to this strategy as Growth Leadership.

Construction progress has been steady, with the pile foundation recently installed and the oil terminal building construction commencing this summer. Due to seasonal constraints, work is limited to the summer navigation period, which spans from August to early October.
